Delightful little restaurant with bags of character and excellent service. Food was delicious. Highly recommend it. Ask to sit upstairs as their is more atmosphere and character.

This was an excellent hybrid of local Bolognese cooking and Michelin style preparation in a beautiful setting. I loved the room and the service staff. I was totally content and happy when all was done. Btw, instead of wine pairing we ordered a bottle of Barbaresco that was excellent at a great price.

I&#39;m in town for a conference and I arrived one day earlier so I found this restaurant on the fork.. They waited for me even if I was late because of my flight landing late.. Service was fast and the waitress friendly.. I had a starter and a main course, a good espresso and they offeree me a typical liquor.. Definitely a good restaurant, great location in the city centre

Amazing place in the very heart of Bologna! Friendly and competent staff and delicious healthy food! One of my best experience ever.

The menu was interesting and imaginative supported by delicious food. The staff was welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed wines by the glass as recommended. The restaurant interior is comfortable and interesting. Overall a really beautiful and delicious meal based in traditional roots but with a few tasty twists.

Excellent meal at an out-of-the-way hostaria.  We ended up sitting outside as it was a warm night, and sitting inside, even downstairs, might have been a little uncomfortable.  With our reservation made via Google/Fork, our table was ready for us when we arrived a few minutes early.We started with the Piatto di salumi, Tigelle, and a bottle of Bacche Nere.  We dug into that bit of deliciousness (the lard melted into the Tigelle perfectly.For our main meal, I have the special tortelloni filled with pumpkin and my wife had the tortellini in brodo.  All were very delicious and expertly prepared.  The meal was finished with a wonderful bit of dolci - creme di mascarpone conscaglie di ciocccolato.  The mascarpone was perfectly creamed and the cioccolato was just bitter enough to offset the sweetness of the mascarpone.If you are in Bologna, you own it to yourself to get to have a meal here.  It is sublime.

Nice restaurant on a quiet back street not far from where we were staying. The server was great at explaining  Bolognese specialties that we wanted to try. Everything was delicious.

Great little family run restaurant. Menu limited but very good quality and very tasty. Nice bottle of local wine and lovely craft beer. Service was excellent we really enjoyed our visit.
